The owner is such a knowledgeable, professional yet personal man. Zeroach has been so helpful with our pesky little springtails, and the best part is the products he has used in (and outside) our home not only work, but they aren’t nearly as harsh as most pesticides. 100% satisfied with Zeroach. Not only did their services do exactly what they said they would, but their customer service is excellent. We were a little skeptical being told they would get rid of 'German roaches' in 2-3 treatments but they did just that. Spoke with Matt over the phone and he was very friendly and accommodating with our schedule. Connor is the one who came out both times to perform the treatments. First, we were very impressed with his always being so punctual. Connor was also very personable, professional, and patient in answering all our questions. We were also impressed because they never tried to 'push' extra services on us, but answered our questions regarding future service. We honestly would not go with anyone else from now on.
